*had* high hopes

of getting back into my Joy of Love project today, but I seem to have woken up with a stomach bug now. The kids seem to be feeling better, but have a lingering cough from our last round of sickness. I was feeling better until I woke up in the middle of the night feeling awful. Maybe next week I will be back.

I took our picture walls down in our living room because I was ready for a change. I decided to put up a wall of kid art. I like that I can keep it fresh it by changing out the art work. Both the kids love it and I think it makes them feel a bit special.

sick

I am behind on my joy of love pics because everyone is sick. I will get caught back up though. No one wants a camera in their face when they are hacking and are burning up from fever.

The kids were sick last week and it seemed they were on the upswing, then Milo had a fever again yesterday when he got up. Now they both have a fever today. Patrick has it also. I just started coughing, but I am battling it! Moms are not allowed to be sick.

If you don't hear from me within a week send help.

at 1am, sigh. Everyone else is sleeping soundly. Me, not so much. Both kids have been sick and I was up with Harper last night until 5am. My sleep schedule is way screwed up now. So tonight, instead of sleeping I am painting blocks for a valentine craft. If only I could figure out a way to never have to sleep.

We have never had much in the way of Valentine's decorations, so I am working on it. This wreath is was super easy and turned out really cute. My wrist fell like it might fall off after I wrapped the wreath form with the yarn though.
